Service Description
We're bringing candle making to you! Each guest will have their own tray for the session with all their essentials to make a successful clean burning candle. Aprons are included to use for the session but is optional. A Bluetooth speaker will be provided (if needed) to enjoy music and a complimentary glass of wine is included with disposable stemless plastic flutes. Minimum of 5 guest is needed to book a session with a Max of 20. $40 per person *Deposits are non refundable* The deposit will cover one person for the session. Person booking is reliable that everyone in the group is aware of terms and conditions and of waiver. You will receive an email to confirm date and time for your event once deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
*48 hour notice for cancellation CONSENT WAIVER OF WOKRSHOP By enrolling in our candle making event, workshops, and other activities, you and/or your child acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions: Professional Environment: Candles of Essence LLC, a professional candle making service equipped with wax melters and other professional equipment. Our team ensures constant monitoring and instructs participants in proper safety methods. Media Release: Candles of Essence LLC, we may use photos and videos from classes and events for promotional purposes and social media, respecting your privacy without needing further consent or compensation. Assumption of Risk: Participation in any candle making events, workshops, or the use of our products is solely at the individual's risk and liability. This includes both the participant and the parent or legal guardian enrolling the child. Responsibility for Placement: Due to the potential risks associated with hot wax melters, dyes, and hot wax, it is the responsibility of the registering individual and/or parent or guardian to ensure proper placement based on the participant's skill level. Candles of Essence LLC and its employees cannot be held liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the event or activities. Candle Care Acknowledgment: Participants must adhere to proper candle care guidelines, including burning candles for a maximum of 4 hours, keeping the wick centered and trimmed to 1/4", and placing the candle away from flammable materials, drafts, children, and pets. Moving a burning candle or handling hot wax is prohibited, and candles should be discontinued when only ¼" of wax remains. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Release of Liability: By participating with Candles of Essence LLC, I hereby waive, release, and discharge any and all rights and claims against Candles of Essence LLC, and its staff for damages related to personal injury, death, or permanent disability, whether caused by my own actions, others' actions, or the condition of the premises or equipment used during the activities. Unknown Risks: I understand that participating in candle making activities involves inherent risks and hazards, including those not known or reasonably foreseeable at this time. I acknowledge that Candles of Essence LLC is not liable for accidents, incidents, or injuries, even those resulting from overconsumption of alcohol, burns, or slip and falls. Participants must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
