What If My Candles Arrive Broken?
We all know that accidents happen and once your package is shipped off it is out of our control. So if you receive a broken candle(s) please send a picture of it along with your order number to candlesofessence@gmail.com and a replacement will be shipped to you of no charge. If the candle is no longer in stock you will have the option of a refund or you may select another candle.

Is There Paraffin Wax Used In Your Candles?
No. All of our candles and wax melts are used with 100% soy wax.
Where Do I Burn My Candle(s)?
Always burn your candle in a safe place away from smaller children and pets. Keep your burning candle away from windows or drafts and flammable materials (like furniture, curtains, carpeting, paper, etc.). Burn your candle in a low traffic area and clear of space is best. Always have your candle on something stable, visible in sight, and on a heat resistant surface. This will help reduce the risk of any candle accidents.
How Do I Care For My Candle?
Always ensure your candle is trimmed 1/4 inch before each burn. Only burn your candles 4 hours maximum. If burning over 4 hours put flame out and trim your wick to 1/4 inch to keep a low steady flame.
How Fast Is Shipping?
All orders are processed in the order it is received. Usually orders are shipped out within the same week it was ordered or the following week.
